At Wild Wolff, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your order
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@wildwolff.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your return.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@wildwolff.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
